History: Britain’s Mystery Tunnels

I like how (once again) mysterious ancient structures are considered possibly “religious” (or in this article, “ceremonial”)—meaning pointless, irrational, or crazy. I don’t think ancient peoples had that much time on their hands—or that much technology. I believe that even “religion” is ultimately rational, even if its lost function is unknown. As in “The Life of Brian.”
