I believe there is a Mutter Museum in Philadelphia that I have not been to. They say it’s an interesting place. Not for the faint of heart.
I read a book about the assassination of President Garfield. It took him a couple of months to die because of medical mismanagement. In the good old days, for instance, lots of pus in a patient was considered a good sign. We don’t believe that today.
